Grand Ballroom and Exhibit Area

This 21,000 square foot trade show area includes Sacramento's largest hotel ballroom. The 16,000 square foot Edgewater Ballroom can be divided into six separate function areas. The ballroom includes a full production theatrical stage with 600 amps of three-phase disconnect power. There is a lighting/projection booth located on the second level of the facility with a catwalk connection to both the stage and the dressing rooms.

Conference Center and Plaza

Our Conference Center is a multi-purpose facility equipped with on site audio-visual, choice of High-Speed Internet Access or dataports. We help you stay productive. Enjoy the ambiance of the spacious outdoor Plaza Courtyard, where you can take a break and refresh yourself between meetings.

Boardroom Suites

Our Executive Board Suites offer the utmost in functional refinement and comfortable elegance overlooking the lake and koi pond, the suites feature wet bars, living rooms, and luxurious boardroom seating for up to 12. Each suite joins to as many as two guest rooms, making them ideal for social gatherings.

Grove

The Woodlake Hotel Sacramento is home to Concerts in the Grove, a summer concert series featuring many of today's greatest artists. With a seating capacity for 1,800 people and unsurpassed atmosphere, the Woodlake Grove amphitheater is the logical choice for your next evening of musical entertainment and relaxation. The Grove can also accommodate up to 750 people for an elegant but fun reception or dinner under the stars.
